For safety reasons, we require all clients to wear Non-Slip Grip Socks. Socks can be purchased at our studio and prices range from $20-$25. Don’t worry about bringing cash, we can simply charge your credit card through your online account.
We recommend comfortable clothes that allow you to move easily.
Most athletes also bring a small towel and water.
We have small cubbies to store your personal belongings and we ask that you take off all loose/large jewelry, refrain from heavy perfumes/colognes, and turn your cell phones OFF.
All bodybar clients must be over the age of 18 to participate in our group classes. Any client between the ages of 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent that is also participating in the class and must have an account and waiver signed by parent or guardian. No one under the age of 16 is allowed to participate in our group classes, however they may request a private or semi-private session as long as parent/guardian is either present during the entire session or participating alongside the minor.
All of our classes are scheduled through our online system. Clients must set up their profile by creating a user name and password and enter credit card information. Once that is set, you can purchase a series, make reservations, track your visits, and much more.
Our schedule opens up two weeks at a time, so make sure you sign up for all of your classes, as they will quickly fill up!
Each class holds a limited number of spaces. In order to allow every athlete the opportunity to attend class, we ask that you abide by our policy listed below. We apologize, but there are no exceptions!
Late Cancel Fee - A Late Cancel charge of $15 will be applied to your credit card on file if you cancel your spot within 12 hours of the scheduled class time. (You will not lose your class credit, however, please allow up to 12 hours to see the credit back on your account.)
No Show Fee - A No Show charge of $25 will be applied to your credit card on file if you cancel your spot within 2 hours of the scheduled class time or do not show up to class. (You will not lose your class credit, however, please allow up to 12 hours to see the credit back on your account.)
*Please note that you will see “Late Cancel” next to your reservation, noting that you WILL receive a charge if you cancel. It is important to note the time you are cancelling to determine whether you will receive a $15 or $25 fee.
Early Cancel - If you cancel your spot BEFORE the 12-hour window, you will not be charged and you will be able to reserve another class right away.
Grace for Late Cancel/No Show- We understand that emergencies happen, therefore, all clients will receive a “Grace” for their first Late Cancel or No Show per calendar year. You will receive an email notifying you that you have received this “grace” for your reference.
bodybar Members*All bodybarMembers* receive TWO graces for their first Late Cancel or No Show per calendar month. These roll-over through Dec. 31st. Any unused graces on Dec.31st will be forfeited.
Late Policy for ALL Clients
Late Policy -If you arrive more than 5 minutes past scheduled class time, your space MAY be given to a standby client and you will be subject to the No Show fee.
*Clients that arrive more than 10 minutes late, regardless of open spots, will not be admitted into class. Arriving late is disruptive and distracting to both the teacher as well as other clients. Thank you for understanding.
*A bodybar Member is any client that currently has one of the following memberships: 3 Month Unlimited, 6 Month Unlimited, 12 Month Unlimited, 5 Classes for 6 Months, Telos 3, 6, or 12 Month Unlimited, Student 3 Month Unlimited or Student 5 Class Pack, or Teacher 9 Month Unlimited.
All sales of any bodybar packages, memberships, classes, and/or services are final after first use and may not be partially or fully refunded or transferred. Packages, memberships, classes and/or services that have not been used in its entirety may be refunded up to 7 days from purchase date. After 7 days, any packages, memberships, classes and/or services that have not been reserved or used in its entirety may only be returned for studio credit.
real raw Products
All sales of any real raw products, packaged goods, etc. purchased at any bodybar Studios location are final and may not be returned, credited, or exchanged for any reason.
All retail items purchased at any bodybar Studios location must be returned within 30 days of purchase date unworn, unused, and with all tags still intact in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Items without a receipt and/or attached tag will be returned for store credit only. Any items purchased more than 30 days will not be refunded or credited, no exceptions. All discounted or sale items are final and may not be returned, credited, or exchanged. Items that are defective or damaged are not the responsibility of bodybar Studios and will not be accepted for refund, exchange, or store credit.
No. You simply need to sign in at the TELOS front desk upon arrival and indicate that you are visiting bodybar.
You may elect to be placed on the “Waiting List”. If someone cancels, you will automatically be given his or her spot based on your number on the wait list. Keep in mind that once you are placed in the class, our standard cancellation policy will apply so make sure to check back!
We welcome athletes of all levels. Our instructors are trained to teach to all levels and will offer modifications to safely challenge you. We understand that regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, there are days when you feel stronger than others. For that reason, our workouts are created to motivate but also make you feel successful.
If you have specific medical conditions or severe back/joint pain that requires extra attention, we do recommend a private session so that you can feel comfortable with the equipment and get a sense of how your body will react to the pace of the workout.
While bodybar Studios strives to keep all offered classes open during inclement weather, we also respect the safety of our staff and clients alike.
